Our objective has always been quality driven as a result we see each day giving us a new set of challenges unique in its nature. With the wide variety of integrated & automated tools, it allows us to stay interconnected to each other in a realistic manner. We expect team members to think out of box and come up with alternative and an effective solution for a problem. We have a defined “Competency Based Performance Management System” which takes care of an individual’s career. This is one such measurement tool where each team member can identify in a most efficient manner his/her area of improvement, strengths and contribution to the organization.
Team Spirit
In ESSPL we form teams to solve real work issues and to improve real work processes. Each team member is provided training, knowledge transfer in systematic methods so the team expands its energy on the project, not on figuring out how to work together but as a team to approach it. There are project team meetings to review projects and progress, to obtain broad input, and to coordinate shared work processes. Project lunch and team building exercises that augment interpersonal relations and mutual understanding becomes an integral part of our work culture.

We make sure that with every success achieved whether at individual level or group level happiness is spread across in our family with fun & frolic. Beyond to that we enjoy & celebrate quarterly events, various festivities, family picnic, yearly family get-together, trekking, sport events courtesy sports club, yoga sessions, cultural activity courtesy music ,drama club and serve for the noble cause of the society.
