"Devesh", an engineering graduate from Regional Institute of Technology, India, has been associated with some of the leading companies around the world. He started his career in application software development with Tata Group in India. He has worked with AIG, MCI, UPS, & Coopers & Lybrand in USA in areas of software development and project management. As the president of the company and with his focus on Quality & Human Resources development, he is always looking for ways to deliver "the most competitive solution to all our customers". He loves parties & long drives.
Kishore Anand
Founder & Vice President
"Kishore", an engineering graduate from Regional Institute of Technology, India, he worked with the Tata Group in India and AIG, MCI, AT&T and Duke Energy in USA in the areas of application software development, system software, databases, ERP, and project management. Currently, he is looking after the marketing operation. He measures "ESSPL success" by the "success of its customers" and focuses on delivering value & satisfaction to all the customers. Apart from the work, he loves traveling to different places & adventure sports.
Somprabh Jha
Founder & Vice President
"Som", is a "Work Hard, Play Hard" person. An engineering graduate from Regional Institute of Technology, India, he started his career in software development at Tata Steel in India in 1990. He has worked with Merrill Lynch, MCI, Citizen's Insurance & Duke Energy in USA in areas of applications development, database management and project management. An avid sports fan, he loves aggressive deadlines and believes in getting the work done.
Jayanta Biswas
Asst. Vice President
"Jay", is the Jack of all trade. He wears many hats during course of each day in the office as well as outside it. An engineering graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, India, he started his career in software development at Tata Steel, India in 1991. Apart from India, he has worked with a number of organizations in France, Belgium, Hongkong, Indonesia, and USA. Well versed on different platforms like Linux, Windows NT, Machintosh, Palm OS and IBM mainframes, he focuses on building the "right solution for our customers". His other passions include music, travel & photography.
Rajeev Ranjan
Asst. Vice President
"Rajeev", an Engineering graduate from Regional Institute of Technology, India, he started his career in application software development with Tata Steel in India. He has worked with MCI, AMS, Liberty Mutual & Duke Energy in USA in areas of software development, business analyst, and project management. Dedicated to delivering on-time solutions, he is also one of the most loved managers in the company. He is a sports fan who also takes life very sportingly.
Ranjan Prasad Singh
Asst. Vice President
“Ranjan”, holds an engineering degree with post graduate diploma in management. He started his career in IT at Tata Steel, India, and worked for 17+ years in different capacity. Since 1998 he has been in IT industry and during the period he managed offshore delivery centres, servicing international clients from all geographies. He was with Oracle, India, for more than 3-years, where, he was heading project delivery team and set up a new line of practice called ”Managed Services” for additional business. His belief in collaborative performance and excellence in customer service is the driving force in his professional career. His thinking of customer first and IT as facilitator to customer business have made him person of many domains. He says, “I cherish the success of users of my services.” He is sports loving person. Reading and observation continue to be the source of his learning. Warmth in relationship and caring nature make him friend with many.”

"Shailu", an engineering graduate from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, India, he started his career with computer services division of TATA STEEL. He has worked with GTE, MCI, AT&T and Duke in USA in areas of software development, database management and project management. He believes in 'If we can dream it, we can do it' philosophy and even sky is not the limit for him. His interest includes adventure sports and driving.

Sandeep Upadhyaya

”Sandeep” is an engineer-entrepreneur who serves on board of a number of technology companies. With technical and management degrees from leading institutes of India, he has operations and project management experience in various industries including Technology, Engineering, Petrochemical Processing and Manufacturing.
